1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 tsp. dried ground rosemary 2 tsp. grated lemon zest 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 lb. lean ground lamb 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey breast4 pitas (we like the foldover kind, but you can use 2 pocket pitas, cut in half), warmed Tzatziki sauce, below tomato slices thinly-sliced lettuce thinly-sliced onion, if desired additional crumbled feta cheese, if desired

| Combine the first 8 ingredients. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each portion into a patty. Grill the patties until well done, either on a grill or grill pan. Cut each patty in half and place the two halves on each pita. Drizzle each serving with Tzatziki Sauce and add desired toppings. Fold in half to serve. Tzatziki Sauce: 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt (6 oz.) 2 Tbsp. grated peeled seeded cucumber 1 1/2 tsp. finely minced onion 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients.
