Asian Chicken

A family pack of Chicken drumsticks. I usually cut off excess fat and skin. Then makes 2 to 3 cuts in each drumstick. I use a whole Egg Beaters with Yolk container. Then pour into a bowl. I add shredded laver, garlic, ginger, black pepper, chili pepper powder, and some sea salt. I dip the drumsticks in the batter then into the Japanese breadcrumbs. It's finally fried in a wok with Olive oil until it's golden brown. It's best done in a deep fryer because it's easier but I don't have one. Also save the oil and use it to make french fries, which taste great and saves on the expensive olive oil.
