Mandarine Orange Cheese Pie

Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 2 hours or overnight
Servings: 8

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. orange marmalade*
2 C. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cans(11 or 15 oz. ea.) mandarine oranges
1 (9") ready to use or home made graham cracker pie crust

Blend cream cheese and orange marmalade. Stir in whipped topping.

Place a single layer of mandarine orange slices on the botton of the pie crust. Spoon cream cheese mxture over the oranges.

Top the pie with the remaining mandarine orange slices ( I do mine in a circular fashion). Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.

Garnish with remaining whipped topping if desired.
