In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry milk powder. Add undrained pineapple and yogurt. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Free. Reserve 2 teaspoons walnuts for garnish. Add remaining walnuts to pudding mixture. Mix gently to combine. Ev enly spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon walnuts over the top of each. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.Serves 4.
