Flour chicken and saute in melted margarine until golden brown on all sides. Remove from pan. Add onion and bell pepper to skillet, cook stirring constantly about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, water, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings, simmer 5 minutes. Return chicken to pan, cover and let simmer one hour and fifteen minutes.
