Lemony Vinaigrette

1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 T. rice vinegar
1/2 T. bottled lemon juice
1/8 t. dry mustard
1/8 t garlic powder
1/8 t. onion powder
Combine all of the ingredients and either whisk in a bowl or shake in
a lidded container until blended and thickened.
Makes 1/3 cup. citrus juice adds a a fresh twist to everyday
vinaigrette.
