Honey Sesame Dump Chicken

Click here for a printable version of this recipe

1/2 cup beer
3 Tbl sesame seeds
3 Tbl honey
2 Tbl Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
To make immediately: Combine everything in a baggie and turn to coat chicken completely. "Dump" it into a baking dish and bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes, or until chicken is done.

You can freeze this by simply putting it all into a freezer baggie and freezing it flat. Thaw before using if you're going to bake it. I have simply tossed it into the crockpot while still frozen and after cooking all day it's turned out well!

If you want to make this with boneless chicken, cut the cook time down to about 25 to 30 minutes.
