1 Can of whole corn, drained 2 cans whole potatoes drained and sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cup water In skillet fully cook ground beef and drain. In a Large dutch oven, put cooked hamburger, sliced potatoes (Can use regular potatoes, but you need to pre-cook them), corn, soup, and water, mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If the mixture becomes too dry add 1/2 - 1 cup more water. *Optional we served with chopped raw onions on top, and homemade fresh warm bread & butter. Yum |
