HoneyBaked Ham, cubed
Assorted seasonal fruits such as: red and green apples; red and green pears; grapes; dried cranberries; pineapple chunks from can, drained

Yogurt dipping sauce:
16oz. vanilla yogurt
2Tbs. brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
6-inch bamboo skewers or party toothpicks for mini kabobs.

Wash all fruit and cut into cubes. Place ham and fruit on skewers, alternating between the two.
To make dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in small bowl and refrigerate.

For fruits that turn brown when cut, place in a bowl with 2 Tbs. lemon juice or pineapple juice (from drained chunks).

Serves 6 to 8.

This is a great kid-friendly recipe and an ideal way to involve your children in the preparations for your celebrations.

This can be served as side dish or appetizer at all of your holiday parties.

For a different heartier version, cube your favorite cheese, such as Swiss or Havarti, and add to the kabobs; serve with some of your favorite mustards.

Great way to use leftover HoneyBaked Ham.

Quick prep time, under 30 minutes from start to finish.
