HoneyBaked Ham, cubed Yogurt dipping sauce: Wash all fruit and cut into cubes. Place ham and fruit on skewers, alternating between the two. For fruits that turn brown when cut, place in a bowl with 2 Tbs. lemon juice or pineapple juice (from drained chunks). Serves 6 to 8.
This can be served as side dish or appetizer at all of your holiday parties. For a different heartier version, cube your favorite cheese, such as Swiss or Havarti, and add to the kabobs; serve with some of your favorite mustards. Great way to use leftover HoneyBaked Ham. Quick prep time, under 30 minutes from start to finish. |
