Tomato Soup Chicken

Click here for a printable version of this recipe

Chicken Parts (skin-on or skinless)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 half can of water or chicken broth
1 onion chopped
2 TBSP sweet pickle relish with juice
1 TBSP cider vinegar
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil for pan to brown chicken with skin
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chicken in bowl. Mix well. Place chicken in large fry pan and cover with sauce. Heat to boiling and then turn down to slightly higher than simmer. Cover pan and cook until chicken is completely done (juices run clear).

Serve over either rice or spaghetti noodles.

NOTE: use whatever type of chicken you have available...I have used boneless breast, wings and cut up parts and all work well. * If using chicken with skin; do brown it a bit in a pan.*
