Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill. Place chicken skin side up on grill rack. Brush with sauce. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 20 min. Turn; grill 20-30 min. longer or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
