| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put bottom pie crust in 9-10" pie pan ( I use 10" glass). Layer in turkey and veggies. In a bowl mix together soup,milk, nutmeg & pepper. Pour over turkey & veggies. Sprinkle cheese over top & cover with top crust. Crimp and decorate as desired but be sure to make steam vent holes Bake for 50-60 minutes until nicely browned & is bubbly. Cool slightly & serve with cranberry sauce & a Waldorf salad. Serves 4-6 Options: cooked chicken for turkey, other veggie mixtures, other cream of soup, other cheese. You can add sliced mushrooms.
