2 cups broccoli, cooked and cut up (I'd recommend slightly bigger than bite-sized, microwave for about 5 minutes to cook) 1 1/2 cups cubed chicken (I used two chicken breast halves, sliced crosswise and sauteed in a little bit of oil until just done) 1 can cream of chicken soup (you can use your favorite "cream of" soup) 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. melted butter 1/4 cup dry bread or cracker crumbs (I used Panko, my new favorite bread crumb product)
| | | Arrange broccoli in a shallow casserole dish (I nuked it right in this dish) and top with chicken. Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken, then sprinkle with cheese. Combined melted butter and bread crumbs, then sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°. A special thanks to a FamilyCorner.com community member for this recipe. Thanks "Lizzie-boo"!
