Meatball Subs

1 pound lean hamburger
1 egg
crushed crackers {about 8}
parsley {1 teaspoon}
parmesan cheese {season they way you like it}I usually add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.

1 Can Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups)
Fresh panini buns

Mix hamburger, crackers, egg, parsley and parmesan cheese together. Roll into bite size meatballs. Heat Margarine in a cast iron frying pan, put in meatballs, cook. Drain and return to stove. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer, gradually add in the Mozzarella Cheese, depending on how much cheese you like. The more cheese you add the thicker the sauce becomes.

Let simmer for 10 minutes. Fresh Panini buns, butter them, add a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese to each bun, fill with meat balls and if you like add a bit more shredded mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!
