Sift 2 cups powdered sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder together. Make a well in the center and quickly pour in 1/2 cup hot hazelnut flavored coffee (or coffee of choice). Whisk until smooth and easy to pour. Pour over top of bundt cake, allowing it to soak in. Chocolate Fudge Cake with Hazelnut Glaze. Yum-o You could also use it on Applesauce Cake. Serve immediately. |
