2 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni 1lb. Italian sausage 1 large onion chopped 1 can (15oz.) pizza sauce 1 can(8oz.) tomato sauce 1/3 cup milk 1 -3 1/2 oz pkg pepperoni sliced 1 jar mushrooms drained 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced black olive 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
| | Cook macaroni until done, drain and set aside. Combine sausage onions and saute until tender and sausage is no longer pink. Combine meat mixture with pepperoni, mushrooms, olives and sauces. Blend in milk and macaroni. Put into a 2 qt casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add cheese and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. |
