Chicken A La King

1/4 Cup oleo
1/2 cup flour
1 t. chicken boullion
1/8 t. pepper
dash of thyme leaves
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
9 oz. pkg frozen peas thawed and dreained
2 oz. jar sliced pimientos drained

In medium saucepan, melt oleo. Stir in flour, bouillion, pepper and thyme. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken,peas and pimientos. Simmer 5 min or until heated thru. To serve, spoon over cooked egg noodles.

Makes about 6 servings.
