1. Soaked the he tao ren in boiled water for 10 minutes and remove the membrane with toothpicks
2. Heat the wok and pour in the sesame oil. Fry the he tao ren until it is golden colour. Scoop it up and wait for it to cool.
3. Put the he tao ren with crystal sugar and blend in a blender
4. Add adequate amount of hot water to the powder and form a paste
5. Put it in the fridge to cool. Add to the ice-cream as topping when desired.
