| Preheat oven to 350F. In medium bowl , combine bread crumbs, meat, egg, pepper and onion. Form into 4 oval patties, place patties in hot skillet (with 1 T oil), brown patties on both sides, Place browned patties in 8x8 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine worchestershire sauce, ketchup and soup. Pour over patties. Bake 30 minutes in oven, or on high in crock pot for approx. 1 hour or until done.
