Gooeygom

Click here for a printable version of this recipe

We have always made Gooeygom as a loose hamburger soup in the summer we use fresh garden veggies (corn scraped off the cob, etc.).

The amounts are really to your taste.

1lb Hamburger
1-2 bellpepper
1 lg onion
3-4 tomatoes
3 ears corn
beef broth
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Fry the hamburger, bellpepper, onion together then add the tomatoes, corn, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste adding as much beef broth that you want depending on how "soupy" you want it to be.

A special thanks to one of our FamilyCorner.com community
