one 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in its own juice one-step angelfood cake mix Combine dry cake mix and pineapple with juice. Mix according to the directions on the cake mix. Pour into an ungreased 9x13pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until real golden brown-do not underbake ( I bake mine 40 minutes in a gas oven). Don't tip upside down to cool. I like this dessert very much. It's light and can be served plain or with whipped topping.
