| In saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, about 30 minutes; drain. While slightly warm, peel and cube. In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, radishes, chives and 1/2 cup of dressing. Cover. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Gently mix before serving; add additional dressing if needed.
