Yogurt Mint Potato Salad

4 large potatoes
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup radishes
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Mint Yogurt Dressing:
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
In saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, about 30 minutes; drain. While slightly warm, peel and cube. In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, radishes, chives and 1/2 cup of dressing. Cover. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Gently mix before serving; add additional dressing if needed. Dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients. Mix well. Store in refrigerator.
