2 tbsp. butter or margarine 6 chicken breasts 2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix 3 tsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. orange juice 3 tsp. honey | | | Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken breasts. In a bowl, blend remaining ingredients and add to skillet. Simmer, turning chicken occasionally, until chicken is done. Serve with rice. |
