4 lean skinless chicken breasts 4 slices swiss cheese 4 slices ham 1 can of tomato soup | | | Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap to flatten Place the ham and cheese on the flattened chicken, fold over and secure with a wooden toothpick. Place the chicken in a roasting pan. In a separate bowl mix the tomato soup with one-half can of water and pur over the chicken. Cover the pan completely with foil and cook at 350 degrees for approx. 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven and let the chicken set for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! |
