| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x1 3 baking dish; set aside. In large bowl, mix the rice, soups, soup mix, water, garlic, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture into prepared pan; press chicken into the mixture. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Variation: try adding some carrots, sliced or celery ribs, sliced or use flavored rice that would compliment your soup flavors. Note: it is important that you don't peek during the baking of the chicken. The chicken comes out of the oven falling off the bones. This dish is easy and tastes wonderful. |
