| Boil chicken, debone and set aside. In chicken broth acquired from boiling chicken, bring to boil. Add onion, celery and pepper blend. Boil spaghetti noodles in broth. DO NOT DRAIN. When noodles are boiled, add back chicken, both soups (cr. chick and cr mushroom) to mixture. Keep heat on low. Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks and add to mixture. Add mushrooms and peas. Stir continuously. After cheese is melted, add mixture to 9x13 baking dish or pan and let bake until bubbly (about 15 to 20 minutes). You will have more left in boiler so just but in freezer safe bowl and freeze for future dinner! WONDERFUL w/garlic bread and salad. I always get RAVE reviews when I prepare this dish.
