2 whole chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into rite sized pieces 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup heavy cream 4 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp. lemon juice, freshly soured Salt and pepper to taste 3 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced Seasoned bread crumbs Egg wash (one egg with a little water) | | | Rinse chicken and pat dry; cut into rite-sized pieces. Dip chicken into the egg washthen into the seasoned breadcrumbs. Place in a 9x1 3 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredientsinto a saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until butter has melted. During baking, pour some of the sauce over the chicken. To serve, place chicken over rice or fettuccini and spoon sauce over the dish.
