1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips 1 egg, beaten 1 cup Progresso Italian-style bread crumbs 1-cup marinara sauce from a jar | | | Heat oven to 375 degrees. Dip chicken into egg. Roll in breadcrumbs, coating evenly. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and coating is crisp. Serve with heated marinara sauce for dipping. |
