Stuffed Cabbage

Outer 6-10 Cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup Minute Rice
1/4 cup bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water

Boil the outer 10 cabbage leaves until wilted. Let cool slightly. Make Minute Rice according to directions on box, enough to make 1/2 cup. Beat egg slightly. Add to egg, Minute Rice, ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix by hand until blended fairly equally. Place about 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup of meat (depending on size of leaf), onto cabbage about 1 inch from one edge. Make one roll until the end of the cabbage meets the middle. Now fold in sides of cabbage. Proceed to roll in original direction until you reach the other end. Place rolls into pressure cooker. Mix tomato soup and water and pour over rolls. Cook on high until pressure achieved then cook on medium to low heat 40 minutes.
