1/2 1b. hamburger
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 hamburger buns | | | Crumble ground beef into l-quart glass casserole. Add onion. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring twice. Drain fat off. Stir in salt, pepper and pizza sauce. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir in '/4 cup of cheese. Arrange bottom half of buns on glass plate. Spoon meat mixture onto buns. Sprinkle with remaining/2 cup cheese. Top with other half of bun. Microwave on High, uncovered, until cheese melts. |
