1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. flour
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. fat
Brown meat in fat, stir in flour. Mix well and add milk, gradually stirring until smooth. Season. Serve on toast.
