1 pkg. pie crust mix (2- 9" crusts) 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups cubed beef or pork 1 T. margarine 1 cup boiling water 1 cup cooked potatoes 1 cup sliced onions 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper
| | | Heat oven to 375F. Combine pie crust mix & cheese. Prepare pie crust mix as directed on pkg. Divide dough in 16 portions; roll each to 5" circle. Brown meat in margarine. Pour water over vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes; drain. Toss together meat & vegetables; add salt & pepper. Place 2 T. of meat mixture on each pastry circle; fold over & press edges together to seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375F, 20 minutes. Serves 8
