Chicken Cordon Bleu

Click here for a printable version of this recipe

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (depending on servings needed)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
milk
4-6 sliced deli ham
4-6 slices swiss cheese
butter
Preheat oven to 400. In a skillet, melt butter over med heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until just about done. Remove chicken and place in a 9x13 dish, top each chicken breasts with 1/2 to whole slice of ham, same with Swiss cheese. In a mixing bowl, mix both cans soup with just about 3/4 cup milk. Pour over the chicken. Can use another can of soup if more sauce is desired. Cover with alum foil, bake in oven for 30-35 mins until cooked through and sauce is bubbly.

* I usually end up laying more Swiss cheese on top of everything 1/2
way during baking. The swiss cheese and cr. of chicken soup makes a delicious sauce!!!!

* I love fixing this with homemade noodles and mashed potatoes!!

* You can also make the whole recipe in an electric skillet.
