Black Bean Taco Soup

1 pound browned hamburger meat (I use extra lean)
1 (15.25 ounce) can of black beans - undrained
1 (15.25 ounce) can of corn - undrained
1 (28 ounce) can of crushed or diced tomatoes (I use fire roasted)
1 (15.25 ounce) can of kidney beans (I use light beans)
2 to 4 tablespoons dry chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning (I use low sodium)
1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (I use fat free)
Mix together in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve
with tortilla chips or tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, and
chopped onion. It is great any time of year.
