2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cups sour cream 12 tortillas 3-4 cooked chicken breasts Two-7 oz cans of green chiles 16 oz can diced tomatoes 8 oz grated co-jack cheese 8 oz grated Colby
| | Grease 9x13 pan. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup and sour cream. Chop up chicken. Mix chicken, chiles, tomatoes and ½ of cheese. Lay out torts. Spoon chicken mixture into each; roll up and place in pans. Pour sour cream mixture over enchiladas. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-45 minutes. Very easy and tasty! |
