l/2 cup chopped onion l pkg frozen spinach, thaw, chop, squeeze dry l cup milk l cup egg substitute or 4 eggs salt and pepper l l/4 cups shredded mexican blend cheese (divided) l/3 cup parmesan cheese grated Coat 10 inch pie plate with pam, coat with breadcrumbs. Note: This is excellent if you substitute asparagas for the spinach, just cook it crisp tender first |
