1 lb. hamburger 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 3/4 c. rice 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 can mushroom soup plus 2 cans water 1/4 c. soy sauce
| | | Put uncooked rice in bottom of bake pan. Mix meat, onion, celery, soup, soy sauce and water. Pour over rice and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
