Herb Butter

1 cup butter
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons chives
1 clove minced or crushed garlic
Mince herbs and mix all with room temperature butter by hand or mixer. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Wonderful with vegetables, eggs, fish or bread. Makes 1-cup butter.
