1 lb. box of elbows, bow ties, or any other pasta you choose 1 lb. ground sausage or hamburg 1 lg. jar of sauce (Prego, Ragu, etc.) 1 can mushrooms (or use fresh) 1 med. onion diced 1 clove garlic crushed 1 tsp. nutmeg (can use cinnamon instead) 2-3 cups. grated mozzarella cheese
| | | Cook pasta according to directions, drain. While pasta cooks, sauté meat, onions, garlic, nutmeg and mushrooms. When meat is brown, drain off grease. Add pasta, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Warm until the sauce is heated and cheese melts. Makes about 6 servings. Submitted by Sandy Brown
