| Spread ribs on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then dust with cayenne pepper. Place in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes or until browned. Place all sauce ingredients into slow-cooker and then place brownedribs. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for at least 6 hours. Note: The meat will be falling off the bone. You can eat as is or make porks andwiches.
