Mexican Pork

3 to 4-pound pork butt roast, trimmed
Garlic powder
1 (7 ounce) can Salsa Verde
Place pork in slow-cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pour salsa over the top. Cover and cook on low setting all day (approx. 12 hours). Remove meat and skim off fat from sauce. Shred meat into bite size pieces. Serve over rice, make tacos, make chimichangas, or any idea that sounds good to you.
