5 large potatoes, peeled and diced 1 tbsp. butter 1 box (16 ounces) Velveeta cheese 1/2 large onion, chopped 4 cup milk
| | | Boil potatoes and onions together. Add butter, milk and 1/2 of the box of cheese. Place in slow-cooker until you are ready to eat. When serving, top each bowl with thinly sliced green onions, crumbled bacon and additional grated cheese.
