| Place meat in slow cooker, top with rest of ingredients in order given. Cook on high for 5 hours. Do not open or stir, using a wooden spoon break up meat, cover and cook on low for 2 more hours. At this point make sure all the meat is shredded; remove and shred by hand if need by. Return to slow cooker and cook for the remaining hour.
