1 pound baby carrots 2 onions, cut into wedges 3-4 pound corned beef brisket 3 cloves garlic, mashed 1 bay leaf 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges 2 cups water
| | | Place carrots and onions in slow cooker, top with beef; add other ingredients, pushing cabbage around beef. Add water and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
