2 pounds chuck roast cut in 2 inch cubes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup red cooking wine (I use whatever red wine I have opened) 1/2 package Lipton Onion soup mix.
Mix all ingredients put in covered casserole with tight lid, back at 325 degrees for about three hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Great company dish. Can also be put in crock pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
