12 soda crackers, finely rolled 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. broken pecan meats
Butter pie tin and fill with mixture. Bake at 325' for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with any fruit and whipped cream. Put in refrigerator early in morning to serve at night. It is great with bananas that are not ripe. Also good with cherry pie mix.
