3 eggs 1 1/2 c. scalded milk 3/4 C. sugar 1/2 c. French vanilla Coffee Rich (liquid) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
| | | Beat eggs, add sugar, salt and milk and coffee creamer. Slowly add vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Test custard by inserting clean knife in center, if knife comes out clean, it's done. Cool and serve. Do not overbake. |
