1 1/2 c. milk Pinch salt 1 c. sugar Little brown sugar 3 tbsp. flour, level 3 egg yolks 1 tsp. vanilla Coconut to taste
Cook to pudding consistency. Put small amount of coconut in bottom of baked pie shell and pour pudding on top. Make meringue out of the 3 egg whites and brown under broiler.
