Buttermilk Pie Crust

6 c. flour
2 c. lard or shortening
1 scant tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
Sift the salt and flour together. Work in lard until well blended. Add buttermilk and mix. Freeze in ball until ready to roll out into crust. Makes 10 to 11 balls.
