1 1/2 c. sugar 1 can crushed pineapple 3 egg whites, beaten 2 c. boiling water Dough for 2 crust pies 1/2 tsp. salt 2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch | | | Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together. Pour 2 cups boiling water over this and boil until cooked clear. Pour into egg whites and stir fast. Add extract, and I can drained pineapple. Just before serving top with whipped cream and nuts. |
